Challenge
Two audiences, one page, zero guru vibes
The page had to serve two very different visitors: 9-to-5 leavers who want to launch their first rental, and operators who want to scale. Both arrive sceptical after YouTube gurus and cheap courses, so trust had to come before any ask.
Approach
Lead with Launch, never hide Scale
The webinar is the front door, so the hero speaks to new starters. Operators always have a path: a nav button, a link under the hero, a sticky mobile bar and a dedicated path card.
- 01
Structure
Page order follows the sceptic's questions: who is this for, can I trust it, how is it different, what do I pick
- 02
Proof
Operator, not guru: real software, real numbers and the founders instead of promises, plus an honest comparison table
- 03
Commitment
A CTA in reach at every scroll. Three fields for the webinar; four questions, then a calendar, for strategy calls

End-to-end booking flows
Design assignment; brand names hidden. Prices, dates and dashboard numbers were placeholders. First test proposed: inline hero email field vs. a button that opens a modal.
