Challenge
Travellers got lost before they got inspired
The tourism corporation's website had an outdated design and unclear navigation, which made it hard to explore destinations. Inconsistent, non-responsive layouts and weak visual appeal reduced engagement and caused frequent drop-offs.
Approach
Agree on impact first, then redesign
Before designing, we agreed how to measure impact: reduce navigation friction, build trust, improve content relevance and simplify the information flow.
