Challenge
Admissions info was scattered and hard to trust
Applicants need one accurate, accessible place to find information, compare programs and track applications. Current portals are outdated, confusing and out of reach for many students. I designed for two personas: Muhammad Aoun, an urban applicant in Lahore, and Minsa Rashid, a rural applicant from Rajana. Their shared pain points: fragmented information, low transparency, poor accessibility and no support.
Approach
From research to a tested prototype
I reviewed six admission portals (Ilmkidunya, Admission.pk, Eduvision.pk, Dakhlay.com, eAdmissions, Taleem City), mapped user journeys and flows, then designed and tested the high-fidelity app.
